Hrvoje is responsible for building and maintaining international partnerships with schools and organisations across Europe. His experience in Erasmus+ projects helps institutions find reliable partners and create successful long-term collaborations.

Throughout my education, I was constantly looking for opportunities to participate in mobility programmes because I believed they could offer something far beyond the classroom. Looking back, I can confidently say they did. Erasmus+ introduced me to incredible people, broadened my horizons and gave me knowledge and experiences that continue to shape my life today. I truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience at least one Erasmus+ mobility in their lifetime."

Iva oversees the overall coordination of Eraspot and ensures every project is planned and delivered to the highest standard. With more than ten years of experience working on Erasmus+ projects, she supports schools throughout every stage of the mobility process.

"My Erasmus+ journey began as a participant in youth exchanges and later during my university studies. At first, it wasn't easy. I struggled with the language barrier and lacked confidence, but those experiences helped me overcome my fears. Today, public speaking is something I genuinely enjoy instead of something I avoid. Erasmus+ has the power to change people for the better. It helps you grow, become more independent and discover strengths you didn't know you had."

Co-Founder & Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator

Vedran coordinates mobility activities on the ground and supports schools, teachers and students throughout their stay. His focus is on ensuring every mobility runs smoothly, safely and according to plan.

"Erasmus+ never found me during my own education, and unfortunately, I never found it either. Today, I listen to the stories of people whose lives were transformed by international mobility—stories of new opportunities, broader perspectives and personal growth. That's why my mission is to make sure every student knows these opportunities exist and receives the support they need to take part. No young person should miss out simply because they didn't have the right information or guidance."
